TFTLCD LCD screens have become an important carrier for human-machine interaction of charging station manufacturers. The LCD screens on charging stations can display important data such as charging amount, electricity cost, and required time. We can complete the corresponding charging operation by ranking the charging station manufacturers on the human-machine interaction interface. So, how to choose the LCD screen to use on charging stations and what are the customization requirements.

High brightness requirement: Most charging stations are installed outdoors, and compared with indoor new energy charging station manufacturers, the demand for brightness in display screens is definitely higher. Generally, we need to choose high brightness outdoor screen products with screen brightness greater than 900cd/m2 and LCD backlight service life greater than 50000 hours. The core technology of high brightness charging station manufacturers' LCD screens lies in the packaging process of LED backlight and energy efficiency.


If the packaging process and energy efficiency are not up to standard, the heat generated during the use of the high brightness screen will also be greater, which will affect the effectiveness and service life of the screen by the car charging station manufacturer. Outdoor environments are inherently high in heat, and the heat generated by the screen itself requires a heat dissipation technology for the charging station LCD screen to reduce the temperature of the backlight. Car charging stations ensure the normal operation of the backlight in order for the screen to function properly. Usually, we add graphene to the back cover of the outdoor screen, which can have a good heat absorption and dissipation effect.


Wide working temperature requirement: The ambient temperature of outdoor pure electric vehicle charging stations varies greatly with the seasons, and heat is also generated during the charging process. Therefore, outdoor charging station screens need to be equipped with TFT LCD displays with a wide working temperature.


Nowadays, the solution for new energy charging stations has gradually evolved from slow charging to fast charging mode for vehicles. Most new energy vehicles use State Grid or fast charging stations to charge up to 80% in only about 30 minutes. For slow charging stations, it takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge the charging station for OEM electricity, and some may even take about 10 hours.


Nowadays, slow charging stations are mostly used for household electricity and belong to private charging stations. After all, household electricity is only 220V, so the customization speed of charging stations is slow. Of course, there are also DC household charging stations, but they require high environmental and installation conditions and are not suitable for most residential areas.


For charging, as the vehicle battery may not have undergone the ODM overcharging and discharging process before leaving the factory, the general charging time can be controlled within 4-6 hours to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle's battery frequency. After fully charging the vehicle, it can be charged according to the actual situation. Usually, after six months of use, it is recommended to deeply discharge the battery once a month, and then charge it again after deep discharge for about 10 hours.
