High brightness requirement: Most charging stations are installed outdoors, and compared with indoor new energy charging station manufacturers, the demand for brightness in display screens is definitely higher. Generally, we need to choose high brightness outdoor screen products with screen brightness greater than 900cd/m2 and LCD backlight service life greater than 50000 hours. Wide working temperature requirement: The ambient temperature of outdoor pure electric vehicle charging stations varies greatly with the seasons, and heat is also generated during the charging process. Therefore, outdoor charging station screens need to be equipped with TFT LCD displays with a wide working temperature.
Nowadays, the solution for new energy charging stations has gradually evolved from slow charging to fast charging mode for vehicles. Most new energy vehicles use State Grid or fast charging stations to charge up to 80% in only about 30 minutes. For slow charging stations, it takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge the charging station for OEM electricity, and some may even take about 10 hours.
