The mainstream DC charging cabinets in the current market achieve multi-channel independent charging through modular design, and provide dynamic adaptation capabilities for different voltage battery packs. At the same time, they integrate overload protection, short circuit protection, and temperature control systems, becoming a standardized solution for electric vehicle stores, distribution stations, and residential areas.


From the technical parameters, the core performance of the charging cabinet is reflected in the output voltage range and current control capability. Taking a 20 channel DC charging cabinet as an example, its output voltage covers the DC40V-88V range and is compatible with three mainstream electric vehicle battery packs: 48V, 60V, and 72V. By intelligently identifying the battery voltage and automatically adjusting the output parameters, it avoids charging faults caused by voltage mismatch. The maximum output current is designed to be 10A (optional 15A), which can meet the fast charging needs of ordinary electric vehicles in 2-3 hours, and can also be adapted to large capacity batteries or special usage scenarios by selecting high current modules. In terms of input parameters, it supports AC180~265V wide voltage access, adapts to power grid fluctuations in different regions, and is designed with unidirectional AC220V distribution to reduce on-site wiring complexity.

Safety protection is a key aspect of charging cabinet design. This type of equipment generally adopts an independent compartment structure, with each compartment equipped with a fire extinguishing device that can automatically initiate the fire extinguishing process when abnormal temperature rise is detected, blocking the spread of thermal runaway. The waterproof level reaches IP55 standard, which can resist daily splashes and dust intrusion, extending the outdoor service life of the equipment. If the standby power consumption is less than 8W, the no-load energy consumption can be reduced by optimizing the circuit control, which meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. In addition, the equipment supports customized processing and can adjust the size or color according to the site space, further adapting to diverse deployment needs.

In terms of application scenarios, the modular nature of the charging cabinet makes it highly flexible. Electric vehicle stores can improve the turnover efficiency of exhibition vehicles through centralized charging; Delivery stations utilize nighttime off peak electricity prices to replenish electricity in bulk, reducing operating costs; The deployment of residential areas solves the safety hazards of residents using private power lines for charging, and improves the standardization level of community management. Its technological evolution direction is extending from a single charging function to intelligent management, such as remote monitoring, fault warning, and electricity data statistics through IoT modules, providing digital management tools for operators.
