The system is classified as a tertiary load;

2. A dedicated electricity meter or a pre-installed meter in the battery swapping cabinet or charging cabinet shall be set up for measurement;

3. A dedicated power distribution box shall be installed in the storage and charging cabinet area. The power distribution box and its input/output wiring shall be mounted on fire-resistant materials, with the following requirements:

(1) Each power distribution circuit shall be equipped with overload, short-circuit, overvoltage, and leakage protection. Surge protection devices shall be installed for outdoor power distribution cabinets.

The power distribution circuit configuration is of the TN-S or TT system.

The power distribution capacity shall not be less than the total power of the battery swap cabinets or charging cabinets. It shall be calculated based on the maximum power and number of cabinets installed in the area, with a 20% reserve margin.

4. The power supply for battery swapping cabinets and charging cabinets shall be directly connected from the distribution room of the residential or commercial unit, and this circuit shall be a dedicated circuit;

5. The incoming cables for battery swapping cabinets and charging cabinets should be installed either exposed in conduits or within cable trays. If the conductors pass through roads or pedestrian walkways, they must be concealed in conduits;

6. The current-carrying capacity of the power distribution and its conductors should exceed 20% of the maximum load current.
