SREPOWER provides Spiro with a complete set of automatic battery swap station hardware and intelligent management system, which has the following advantages:

12 battery slots, support automatic allocation and remote monitoring

Supports RFID card/App self-service battery replacement, efficiency is less than 60 seconds

Built-in intelligent SoC module to detect the status of each battery in real time

Support remote fault diagnosis and OTA upgrade

Dust-proof and waterproof design, adapted to the local climate in East Africa

Spiro is responsible for site selection, local operations and government resource docking, while SREPOWER provides products, systems and remote technical support. The two parties have formed a closed-loop cooperation model of "manufacturing + operation".

3. Implementation Effect

The first batch of battery swap stations went online in Nairobi, Kenya in February 2024 and were deployed in the Petrocity gas station network

As of the first half of 2025, Spiro has deployed more than 600 battery swap stations in Africa, covering multiple cities

Completed more than 1500 million battery replacements

The average battery replacement time is shortened from 5-8 minutes for manual battery replacement to less than 1 minute

The equipment stability rate exceeds 99%, and the operation and maintenance costs are greatly reduced.
